There is a new Android app called Skyline which will turn your current location into your wallpaper. As 1st spotted by Lifehacker. Skyline uses 3D terrain data from Mapbox to show either your current location or specific coordinates to design wallpapers in full detail.
The app can change the wallpaper when you unlock your phone or swipe through your launcher pages. And it has a parallax effect that is visible when you tilt your phone.
You can toggle the depth effects in settings and choose the best configuration for your map/wallpaper. Skyline will cost you $1.99 on the Google Play Store, which is not bad for a much inventive wallpaper app.
